Roles and Responsibilities.
Cabin Crew / Air Hostess
• Welcome passengers on board and ensure a comfortable and safe journey.
• Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals and addressing passenger inquiries.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Handle medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
• Maintain professional grooming standards and represent the airline’s image positively.
Ground Staff
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes.
• Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and airport facilities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with security teams for passenger safety and smooth airport operations.
• Ensure compliance with airport rules and airline policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Cabin Crew / Air Hostess
Age: 18–37 years
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Height: Minimum 155 cm (female) / 170 cm (male)
Weight: Proportionate to height
