Schedule Information: Part-time teaching position – daytime, evening, weekend, or online.
The Aviation Instructor will develop and plan classroom-based introductory and certification classes that cover topics such as airframes, aircraft systems (electrical and induction), flight instruments, the theory of flight, aerodynamics, radio communication, aviation meteorology, navigation, aviation safety, aviation management, and/or aircraft maintenance basics.
Continuing Professional Education courses are short-term training and are completed within one semester.
Educational Requirements: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field; FAA License and/or Certification.
Experience Requirements: Two years of industry experience in aviation or aviation instruction.
