Workshop Team Leader/Supervisor

—   Supervise Technicians and Certifying Workshop Technicians in the execution of workshop and cabin installation projects to achieve budget, safety, quality and on-time delivery targets

—   Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure efficient and effective project execution

—   Prepare and maintain records of completed workshop work

—   Maintain current knowledge of all applicable procedures and safety measures

o   Job relevant vocational training/ technical apprenticeship or equivalent work experience

o   4-7 years of relevant work experience

o   Good knowledge of functional processes and procedures in functional area

o   Ability to informally instruct, train, and share knowledge 

o   Ability to act as an apprentice trainer or responsible for traineeships

o   Strong communication skills and service-orientation

o   Demonstrated budget and schedule experience and knowledge

o   Demonstrated basic project management knowledge and experience (incl. cost and time control)

Good level of English minimum B1 level (B2 preferred) / must be able to read and understand maintenance tasks in English manuals
